AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Prepares assigned ingredients ensuring proper quantity and quality
- Cleans and tidies the kitchen and kitchen areas according to HACCP standards
- Handles and stores ingredients correctly according to HACCP standards
- Cleans and disinfects the kitchen, equipment, and inventory according to plan and standards
- Properly operates cleaning machines
- Knows and applies kitchen SOP
- Knows and applies occupational health and safety measures
