Join us, and let’s shape the future of manufacturing together.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Take full ownership of driving revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Independently identify and secure new enterprise business opportunities across the U.S., without needing direction
    • Develop and execute creative sales strategies to attract and engage new prospects.
    • Build your own strong network of key decision-makers at target companies from scratch and foster lasting relationships with them.
    • Conduct in-depth research to understand the specific needs of large-scale clients in the chemical and raw material procurement space.
    • Own every stage of the sales process across multiple high-value deals, working independently from lead generation to close.
    • Proactively iterate on and improve Valdera’s sales playbook and process, including lead generation, discovery, follow-up messaging, negotiations, and closing strategies.
    • Craft customized messaging for each individual customer’s business needs and company culture.
    • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations of Valdera’s AI-powered sourcing platform.
    • Navigate complex negotiations with enterprise legal, cyber, and compliance organizations.
    • Thoroughly track and follow up with leads through every stage of the sales process to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and strong platform adoption across all verticals.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and the software landscape in the chemical and raw material sectors.
    • Show a commitment to putting in the necessary time and effort to exceed expectations and achieve ambitious startup goals.
    • Adapt to global time zones to support customer needs and high-priority deals

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • 5+ years sales experience; 3+ years in enterprise sales
    • Experience managing and closing several high-value enterprise deals in parallel
    • Previously built a network of business executives and prospective customers from the ground up
    • Has experience crafting highly effective personalized messages to drive prospect engagement across diverse industries
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to C-level executives
    • History of quickly learning new skills and technologies (GSuite, PowerPoint, Excel, Figma, Adobe) required to deliver value in (almost) any business situation (e.g., learning new software products, building new content, crafting visually appealing presentations for specific customer situations, etc.)
    • Experience successfully navigating ambiguous problems
    Salary Range:
Salary ranges are determined by multiple factors, including the labor market, market compensation bands, internal parity, and budget considerations. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, location, and experience relative to the role's requirements. We will make a compelling offer for the right candidate.
    Benefits:
Valdera offers generous benefits to employees. Full-time employees are eligible for premium healthcare, dental, and vision insurance coverage. You will be provided with a more detailed breakdown of your options before joining Valdera.
