Senior Marketing Manager - Paid Media

Valiant Residential is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manage r to join our company. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be vital in supporting the department and company’s goals by initiating strategic marketing campaigns, analyzing market data, developing statistical reports , and providing actionable insights to optimize marketing initiatives across online and offline marketing channels. You will also foster strong partnerships with internal team members and third-party vendors to achieve community occupancy goals.

Note: This role requires 100% in-office attendance at our Dallas corporate office (I-75 and Walnut Hill Ln).

Essential Duties

• and Responsibilities Drive occupancy and ROI by providing support, guidance, and direction in the development and implementation of marketing programs.
• Create, manage, and analyze PPC campaigns to produce optimal outcomes.
• Deliver insight on marketing performance and ROI across the organization and structured portfolios.
• Own, plan, execute, and synthesize bodies of strategy work related to operational marketing support, define adjustments needed to maximize leasing traffic.
• Consistently solicits feedback from the regional operations team to effectively adjust marketing campaigns Work closely with marketing leadership to drive collaboration and foster a shared understanding of, and alignment around the work agenda, process & procedure, findings and implications, and to move the department toward action.
• Maintain a strong focus on generating new ideas through creative strategy.
• Continually research and make recommendations on new opportunities and marketing channels.
• Set and maintain a high standard of analysis through the use and expertise of various reporting platforms.
• Develop strong partnerships with 3rd party vendors to ensure optimal campaign performance.
