Development Manager for our Indian operations to be located in Bangalore with the following skill set

Set required:
Handling
New Business Development and related activities
Minimum
4 years of experience in Recruitment firm/consultancy.
Should have well versed in recruitment related managerial activities.
Should have experience in managing team and recruitment end to end process,client relationship,business coordination etc.
Proficient in the usage of Job Boards like Monster, Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Should have experience in scheduling interviews and coordinating with the short-listed candidates.
Good understanding of technical skills.
Bachelor's Degree
