Manager Global Payroll & Mobility Tax

As Sr. Manager Global Payroll & Mobility Tax, you are accountable for the global payroll process across Van Oord. You make sure salaries, wages and allowances are processed accurately and on time across multiple countries. You connect global payroll execution with local legislation, employment conditions, mobility tax and social security requirements. The role has a strong employee focus, especially for colleagues working across borders on international projects. You work closely with the Global Mobility and our Tax team to manage complex international payroll and tax positions. You report hierarchically and functionally to the Manager Global Finance Service Center. You bring payroll, mobility and tax together in one integrated approach.
