Pool Manager

As Pool Manager, you are responsible for the pool of Works Managers and Project Managers within Offshore Energy. You make sure the right professionals are available for the right projects, with the knowledge, experience and skills they need.

You work closely with the Business Unit, Project Office, Operations, HR and project teams. You have a clear view of the capacity, experience, development and ambitions within your pool. With this overview, you actively think ahead about the people needed for current and future projects.

An important part of your role is knowing the people in your pool. You are an important point of contact and home base for them when it comes to deployment, development, career and any issues they may face. You have regular conversations with colleagues and connect their ambitions and development needs to the needs of the business.
