• Supervise daily production activities for CSD (Carbonated Soft Drinks) and NC (Non-Carbonated) lines.
• Ensure adherence to production plans, schedules, and shift targets.
• Monitor line efficiency, downtime, and wastage; take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for machine uptime and breakdown handling.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP practices.
• Monitor critical parameters like carbonation levels, Brix, filling volumes, and hygiene.
• Coordinate with QA/QC team to maintain product quality standards.
• Ensure proper CIP (Clean-in-Place) and sanitation processes.
