JD FOR QUALITY EXECUTIVE
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Quality Control & Testing
Conduct routine testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per specifications.
Monitor parameters such as Brix, CO₂ volume, acidity, pH, turbidity, TDS, microbiological limits, and sensory quality.
Ensure compliance with product specifications for both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages.
B. Process Quality Monitoring
Monitor critical control points (CCP) and operational quality parameters during production.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and hygiene standards in production and filling lines.
Conduct line inspections (pre-startup, in-process, and post-production checks).
Verify cleaning and sanitation (CIP/SIP) effectiveness.
C. Food Safety & Compliance
Implement and monitor Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) such as HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSAI requirements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality policies.
