As an Associate Supervisor, Invoicing, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the Invoicing team — providing coaching, workload management, quality oversight, and operational support while serving as the primary escalation point and driving process improvements that support timely revenue recognition.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop Invoicing Analysts to achieve departmental goals
• Balance workloads in partnership with management to ensure equitable distribution and timely completion of work
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex billing and invoicing issues
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and service levels while providing ongoing feedback
• Drive accountability for individual and team performance
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Accounts Receivable, and other internal stakeholders to resolve barriers impacting invoicing
• Monitor aging orders and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues
• Analyze reporting to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Support training, onboarding, and continuous development of team members
• Continuously improve processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Drive timely revenue recognition through operational excellence

What You Bring:

• Experience leading or mentoring employees preferred
• Strong understanding of order management, invoicing, billing, or revenue operations
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred) and Microsoft Excel
• A leadership style that leads by example, holds self and others accountable, removes roadblocks, builds strong cross-functional partnerships, and focuses on continuous improvement

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance. The typical pay range for this position is $82,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, leadership experience, and market conditions.
