Who are you?

You understand creative problem solving and are driven to create engaging stories, no matter which medium.  You have a passion for design and a hunger to learn how to create pieces that drive engagement and extend brand experiences.  As the ultimate team player – you understand that good ideas can come form anywhere and are open-minded, when it comes to generating ideas with the team.  You are a highly flexible multitasker, who communicates naturally, passionately and collaboratively.  You will be working exclusively within the digital realm (no print work).

The Role

• You will be tasked with a range of creative work, from smaller pieces to bigger builds for a range of clients
• Concepting, designing, developing and supporting the team in presenting our ideas
• You will have strong typography skills, a love and mastery of Photoshop and a strong working knowledge of all Adobe creative suite programs
• Working within a dynamic team structure with several creative leads, you will help support and deliver on our core community and brand specific campaigns

The Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree - or entrepreneurial street credentials with at least 2-3 years of design experience (developing and creating for digital / social strategies + campaigns, including client-facing experience and roles)
• The ability to effectively collaborate with various teams
• An obsession with sports, music, food or anything else – we love people who can bring their own interests into the mix to the VDX family
