This position does require overnight travel, 50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate instructor-led and virtual technical training courses to customers and employees.
- Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
- Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
- Facilitating training programs in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System.
- Maintains technical knowledge by participating in VEGA product and industry educational training opportunities.
- Reports data on completed courses, issues, and absences.
- Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.
- Liaise with fellow instructors to provide/ensure consistent delivery, on-going support, learning and mentoring and demonstrating a strong team spirit and work ethic at all times.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, business related field or equivalent experience
- AND 2 years of instructor base experience.
