About Vega

Vega is transforming the way private markets operate. Alternative asset management is one of the most influential forces in the global economy, with over $20TN in assets today. Over the next five years, the industry is set to grow 3x, but GPs are facing challenges around their ability to handle the investment flows that are coming in. GPs have been completely underserved by innovation, particularly on the investor relations side.

Vega built the industry’s first AI-native operating system, where all client work gets done - from the start of an investor’s journey to its end. We are rethinking how work gets done in private markets from first principles: the opportunity is big, but it’s also niche, high-stakes, and difficult to get right.

Who we are

We are still at the beginning of our journey. Vega was founded by former investors at Elliott and KKR, and built by talent from the world’s leading technology and financial services firms - including Trade Republic, Revolut, Goldman Sachs, BCG, and more. We have raised $30M so far, with the backing of Apollo, Motive Partners, and 60+ senior executives from the industry. Today, we have over $300B AUM and 30,000 users on the platform, and we have much more left to do.

Who succeeds in this role

We look for people who match our ambition levels, and then raise it further.

In this role, you will:

• Own an area of the product, from developing the vision, co-designing with clients, to working alongside a squad of engineers to build and deliver at the intersection of AI and private markets infrastructure

• Drive forward growth topics and special projects, including supporting the enterprise GTM motion, opening a New York office, building out new bets from scratch, and developing Vega’s industry presence with events

What we look for:

• 1 to 4 years’ experience in MBB or top-tier IB/PE firm

• Self-starter with proven track record of excellence

• High agency and comfortable with ownership; ability to make decisions and drive execution independently where you see fit

• Outstanding communication and analytical skills, including with senior external stakeholders
