Global Sales Excellence Project Manager with a structured approach, sales understanding and project management skills

Your challenges

Joining Global Sales Excellence, you will become part of a dedicated team focused on enabling our frontline colleagues to perform effectively in their day-to-day interactions with customers and partners

Within Global Sales Excellence, the team plays a key role in leading commercial projects that support new build efforts, home renovations, and window replacement businesses, where complexity is high and the impact is significant

In this role, you will work closely with regions and local markets, acting as a key point of connection between global initiatives and local execution. You will ensure project implementation and adoption of tools, methodologies, processes, and ways of working, while helping shape a holistic and effective sales enablement ecosystem to support a consistent, efficient selling process.

Key priority will be to shape how we sell across global markets. You'll be our go-to expert for new build and large renovation sales, creating frameworks and standards that teams use and deliver real results

This is a global role where you'll manage complex, multi-market initiatives, managing the full lifecycle from strategy to implementation, ensuring processes are clear, scalable, and actually work in practice

Key responsibilities:

• Manage strategic sales excellence initiatives across markets
• Define global standards and frameworks for sales
• Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders across regions and timelines
• Design and implement processes that teams can easily adopt and execute
• Ensure governance structures keep initiatives on track and aligned
• Partner with Sales Directors, Managers, Sales Reps, and Business Marketing teams
• Drive best-in-class sales approaches that scale

Your qualifications:

To perform in this position, the right candidate enjoys working in a matrix organization, has solid analytical skills, ability to manage projects in a complex organization structure and motivate people to work with a common agendaMoreover, the person has good presentation skills, can handle demanding situations and is comfortable having challenging conversations

Furthermore, you have/are:

• Deep knowledge in sales excellence, commercial strategy, and complex sales models with demonstrated ability to lead and implement commercial projects (min 5 years)
• Solid project management skills with ability to oversee multi-market, high-complexity initiatives with experience creating and rolling out frameworks and processes that get adopted and deliver results
• Sound problem solving skills and solid commercial understanding including the ability to identify commercial needs and translate them into solutions
• Organizationally skilled with solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence on all levels
• Experienced in working closely with commercial teams across markets with a good understanding of different sales models
• Advantage to have a sales background or solid understanding of how it is to be in a sales organization
• Willing to travel around 20-30 days per year
