Meet your future team 

You will join the New Sloped Roof Windows Platforms area, where we develop scalable and high-performing roof window solutions for the future. Working closely with colleagues across Product Development, Engineering, and Category Management, we transform customer, market, business, and regulatory needs into innovative products and solutions. 

As part of the team, you will play a key role in supporting product development through simulation-driven insights that enable robust design decisions, product optimisation, and engineering excellence. 

What we offer 

As Senior Engineer, Product Development – Product Simulation, you will contribute to developing future product platforms by applying your simulation expertise throughout the product development lifecycle. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Drive and execute simulation activities in close collaboration with internal and external partners, e.g. Center of Excellence for Simulation, Test departments, and across Product development initiatives. 

• Translating product requirements into simulation and validation activities. 

• Providing technical recommendations based on data-driven analyses and simulation results. 

• Collaborating with design engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure robust and reliable solutions.  

• Supporting development and maintenance of simulation models to analyse product performance and behaviour. 

• Supporting verification and validation activities throughout the development process. 

• Be an active part of innovation and product optimisation initiatives across product platforms. 

What you will bring 

You are a curious and analytical engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and collaborating across disciplines. You take a structured approach to your work and communicate technical findings in a clear and constructive way. 

We imagine that you: 

• Hold a master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, Simulation Engineering, or a related field.  

• Proficiency in simulation tools like ANSYS or Abaqus and have experience with creating and validating complex FEA models for static loads 

• Preferable have touched upon dynamic simulation and CFD 

• Have experience applying simulation tools and methods within product development. 

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Are comfortable working in a cross-functional and international environment. 

• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken. 

• Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy sharing knowledge with colleagues. 

• Are motivated by continuous improvement and innovation.
