A senior-level role for an experienced B2B sales and account manager with team leadership experience.

Complete multi-license B2B deals end-to-end
Conquer the market and reach ambitious revenue goals
Empower a dynamic and proactive sales team
Develop new business opportunities and sales strategies

4+ years experience in B2B sales with a strong track record
Confident and prepared to ask the difficult questions
You can engage, motivate and inspire your team to excel
Excellent English communication and rapport building skills
Management consulting industry and having led a team is a plus

Excellent sales comission
Smart and demanding clients
Full-time position in Berlin
