Reports to: Head Driver / General Manager Role Overview

Verbier Exclusive drivers are the face of our business as we have a fleet of branded vans which are visible at all times in resort. The role of a Driver is as varied as it is challenging, providing a private 24hr in-resort driving service for our guests. Naturally, their safety is paramount and you must be able to demonstrate that you can deliver this whilst maintaining the very highest levels of service. The objective is to ensure guests leave having received exceptional service and a memorable holiday experience which surpasses their expectations. The driving team provides so much more than meeting guests at the bottom of Medran after a great day on the mountain or taking them home safely after Après at Le Farinet.  

Main responsibilities

• Providing a private 24 hour in-resort driving service to all our guests
• Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with all Verbier Exclusive guests
• Daily cleaning of all vehicles both inside and out
• Efficient daily chalet deliveries around resort including logs, laundry, bread and so much more 
• Transport of goods or persons as and when required
• Complete weekly safety checks on all vehicles 
• Snow and ice clearing of all pathways and driveways surrounding our chalets (including balconies and terraces) and minor chalet maintenance
• Supporting with cleaning and maintenance of chalet facilities (hot tubs/pools etc)

Who are we looking for?

You will be professional in approach, passionate about what you do, take great care and pride in your appearance. A ‘can-do’ positive attitude is immensely important to us, along with being sociable, we want you to be a key part of the team and have a strong eye for detail. You must be able to think on your feet and use your own initiative.

Essential Skills & Experience Required

• UK or EU passport
• UK National Insurance number
• UK bank account and permanent address
• Valid EHIC/GHIC
• Aged 21+ (insurance requirement)
• Available December 2026 – April 2027
• Minimum 4 years’ driving experience
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Experience driving larger vehicles (SUVs, minibuses, vans)
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions

Desirable

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment (chalets, hotels, villas)
• Alpine or winter driving experience
• Basic French language skills
