If a full winter season isn't possible this year, we are offering experienced former team members the opportunity to return on a flexible basis during our busiest weeks of the season.
We are recruiting exceptional hospitality professionals to support our luxury chalet operations during key holiday periods and peak occupancy weeks. This is an ideal opportunity for those who cannot commit to a full season but would like to return to Verbier and work within some of the most prestigious private chalets in the Swiss Alps.
Available Roles
Chalet Manager
Our Chalet Managers lead chalet teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining the highest service standards and acting as the primary point of contact for guests, Chalet Managers ensure every stay runs seamlessly and exceeds expectations.
Chalet Hosts
As the face of the chalet, Hosts deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, chalet presentation, food and beverage service, day-to-day guest care and housekeeping.
Guest Assistants (GAs)
This role combines the service-focused responsibilities of a Chalet Host with guest driving duties and is typically based within our larger, top level chalets, where an additional level of guest support is required.
Chefs
Our Chefs create outstanding dining experiences for guests, delivering high-quality breakfasts, afternoon teas, and bespoke evening meals tailored to individual preferences and dietary requirements.
Drivers
Drivers provide safe, professional, and discreet transportation for guests throughout the resort, maintaining the highest standards of service and local knowledge.
Housekeepers
Housekeepers ensure our luxury chalets are maintained to impeccable standards, delivering meticulous attention to detail and creating a welcoming environment for guests throughout their stay.

Successful applicants will be added to our seasonal talent pool for Winter 2026/27. As peak-week requirements arise, our team will contact suitable candidates with available assignments and dates throughout the season.
These temporary opportunities are offered on a first come, first served basis, so we encourage candidates to respond promptly when contacted to secure their preferred weeks.
