Verdantas is seeking a talented Substation Design Lead to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This hands-on role combines physical substation design, project execution, and direct client engagement. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to expand their technical expertise, build strong customer relationships, and grow into increased leadership and project management responsibilities over time.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage the substation design team, potential for 2 designers to be reporting to you
• Customer interfacing
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Oversee the creation of design concepts, prototypes, and final deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication of the brand message
• Provide creative direction and feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Ensure all design materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the design process
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design projects
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients

What You'll Bring:

• Strong background in Substation Physical Design required
• Local to Fort Worth, TX and be able to come into the office on a hybrid schedule
• Knowledge of the PETE System a plus
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Salary Range:

$85K
