Production Assistant

Job Purpose:

Our Production Assistant supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting supervisors and production teams with coordination, documentation, and workflow tracking. This role helps ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and according to schedule and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

● Support production supervisors with day-to-day operations.
● Prepare and maintain production reports and logs.
● Conduct month end inventory for other materials.
● File Production reports.
● Assist with updating production procedures.
● Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Support daily production operations.

• Maintain production records and reports.

• Monitor inventory and materials.

• Assist with scheduling and coordination.

• Help resolve production issues.

• Assis supervisors with administrative tasks.

• Support process improvement efforts.

Work Experience:

Ability to work quickly and efficiently
● 1-3 years of related job experience.

Education:

● High School Diploma/GED
