Minimum Requirements: Your Foundation for Success
- Bachelor’s Degree Strongly Preferred
- Life and Health License- Preferred
- Vertis will handle getting this for you before you start, if necessary.

- 2+ years of experience in the financial industry is a major advantage
- Ability to communicate impactfully with clients, advisors, and staff
- Significant familiarity with financial markets and a crystal-clear understanding of the advice process

You will be the backbone supporting the Financial Advisor, ensuring the Diamond Team operates at peak performance and exceeds all client and regulatory expectations. Your mission includes:
- Frontline Hero: Respond to and anticipate client needs daily, providing rapid, top-tier service.
- Growth Accelerator: Play a vital role in new acquisitions, supporting Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers, Accountants, and Attorneys.
- Operational Excellence: Expertly organize and maintain complex calendars.
- The Closer: Help, prep, and execute essential financial planning paperwork with zero errors.
- Quality Control: Review and compile thorough account reviews.
- Digital Trailblazer: Document the CRM system with meticulous detail on all client communications.
- Network Builder: Actively help build and foster a robust client referral system.
- Brand Ambassador: Attend high-profile client events.

- Salary: $55,000-$70,000 (Based on Experience and Impact)
