Client Experience & Brand Content Intern

The Opportunity

Vertis Wealth and Law is seeking a poised, discreet and unusually strong writer who can represent the firm professionally on the phone and turn complex approved topics into clear first drafts. This internship combines client experience with disciplined brand-content support.

What You Will Do

• Provide scheduled phone and reception backup using approved greetings, verification, routing, and escalation procedures.
• Capture complete, accurate messages and protect confidential information.
• Research, outline, draft, and revise approved blog topics using credible sources.
• Write for an educated audience without giving individualized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
• Maintain source logs and submit all content for editorial and compliance approval; interns do not publish directly.

What You Will Learn

• Professional client communication, message accuracy, escalation judgment, and office discretion.
• Research, source evaluation, editing, brand voice, and compliant financial-services content development.
• How client service, wealth management, legal services, tax planning, and marketing operate within one firm.

Who Should Apply

• You sound warm and composed on the phone and write clearly without filler.
• You are highly accurate with names, messages, deadlines, sources, and confidential information.
• You can accept detailed edits and improve a draft without becoming defensive.
• You understand that credible content requires research and review—not merely fast production.
• Sophomores, juniors, and seniors may apply; reliable in-office attendance is essential.

Majors We Will Consider
Communications, public relations, journalism, English, professional writing, marketing, digital media, advertising, business administration, psychology, hospitality, finance, financial planning, accounting, economics, or pre-law. Strong writing samples and service judgment matter more than a particular major.

How to Apply
Submit a resume, two writing samples, and a short response describing how you would handle a caller asking a question you are not authorized to answer. Selected applicants will complete a phone audition, message

taking simulation, editing exercise, and structured interview.

Coordinator or Marketing Coordinator openings. Account Manager consideration requires sustained service accuracy, at least six months of internship performance, a funded opening, and successful completion of a separate six-week Account Manager training and assessment bridge.
