Responsibilities:

• 1.
• Participate in the development of medium-to-high power switching power supplies; 2.
• Lead or participate in project schedule planning, selection of product topologies, safety and EMC design and assessment, as well as the fabrication and debugging of R&D prototypes; 3.
• Conduct manufacturability and process assessments for designed products, and perform various design verification tests; 4.
• Evaluate, test, and verify newly selected electronic components.

Requirements:

• 1.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Automation, or a related field; 2.
• Solid knowledge of analog and digital electronics and power electronics, combined with strong hands-on skills; familiarity with basic power supply topologies (such as three-phase Vienna and LLC) and key components; 3.
• Strong problem-solving and hardware circuit design capabilities; 4.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, including experience managing the full project development lifecycle; preference given to candidates with experience designing high-power/high-voltage DC systems, EV charging modules, or power supplies for telecommunications, utility grids, or servers; 5.
• Strong desire to learn, sense of responsibility, and professional dedication; excellent teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
