Job description

Position Summary

Quality Inspector is responsible for receiving, in-process and final quality inspections.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Inspect parts for FOD, scratches, dings, etc.
For painted parts, look for fish-eyes, orange peel, drips, runs, coverage, etc.
Verify all previous operations have been completed on the traveler.
Ensure compliance to customer requirements.
Verify the implementation of corrective actions.
Work non-traditional hours, such as overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Other duties, as assigned by supervision or management.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to read drawings.
Ability to interpret specifications.
Ability to use micrometer and calipers.
Strong communications skills.
Strong computer skills.

Education and Experience:

2 years of experience of relevant experience.
