About the Role
We are seeking a Business Consultant in USA with a passion for delivering reliable, high-quality solutions to our global aviation customers. In this role, you will lead the configuration and delivery of Veryon Tracking+ implementations for both cloud-based and on-premises customers. Qualified candidates will have extensive knowledge of aviation maintenance operations. You will be working directly with maintenance professionals on a daily basis and it is critical you understand their needs as it will inform how the Tracking+ software is configured to address each customer’s unique needs.
Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to guide clients on best practices and optimal use of the Tracking+ software Lead discovery sessions to understand client workflows, pain points, and success criteria Evaluate multiple solution approaches and recommend the best-fit configuration for the client’s operational needs Translate client needs into well-defined solution designs before escalating to product teams Manage training, troubleshooting, and reporting Validate proposed solutions with clients through demos, walkthroughs, or prototypes before full implementation Identify gaps between client needs and product capabilities, and clearly articulate them when engaging product teams Ensure implementations align with both client goals and scalable product standards (avoid over-customization) Manage the budget, scope and timeliness of integration projects
