Reception Desk

We are currently searching for a Charismatic Front Desk Receptionist Excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and happy atmosphere with terrific opportunities to learn and grow. You will be greeting everyone from clients to vendors!

 Responsibilities: 

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings

1. Must work well in a fast paced environment.
2. Human Resources background a plus.
3. Must have excellent customer service skills.
4. Must love to work with people!
5. Must have a clear friendly - professional phone voice.
6. Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written.
