Position Summary
Vinayaka Hospitality is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to support our Chicago hotel portfolio, including The Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago and the Hampton Inn & Homewood Suites Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile.
The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for union and non-union associates across multiple hotel properties. This position will work closely with Human Resources, hotel leadership, and department managers to ensure payroll and timekeeping are accurate, compliant, and processed according to established deadlines.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing payroll within fast-paced, 24/7 hotel operations.
