    Job Title: Clinical Support Specialist – Behavioral Health Integration (BHI)
    Location: Remote / Telehealth - CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA 
    Employment Type: Full-Time
    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

    About the Role
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Support Specialist to join our team supporting Behavioral Health Integration (BHI). This fully remote role focuses on data entry, documentation, and administrative support to ensure accurate and efficient management of patient and provider records.

    What is BHI?
    Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) is a patient-centered model that combines behavioral health services with medical care. Accurate documentation and data management are critical to supporting care coordination, compliance, and reporting within BHI programs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Enter and update patient information, behavioral health histories, and treatment documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems
    • Maintain accurate and organized clinical and administrative records
    • Assist providers with documentation review and record management
    • Manage scheduling data, referrals, and follow-up tracking (administrative only)
    • Support reporting and quality tracking for BHI programs
    • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA standards
    • Assist with insurance verification and billing documentation as needed

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare support or administrative role with data entry responsibilities
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Strong written communication skills
    • Proficiency with electronic health records, telehealth platforms, and data management software
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a remote setting
    • Knowledge of behavioral health terminology preferred
    • Commitment to HIPAA and confidentiality standards
    • Must reside in the state of Pennsylvania
