The Welder sets up and operates welding equipment, reviews drawings, and leads welders to ensure quality production standards are met. Key Responsibilities Not Limited To: Weld ferrous and non-ferrous materials (MIG/TIG/Stick) Set up jobs, tools, and materials; fabricate jigs/fixtures as needed Lead and train welders on quality and production methods Read and interpret blueprints and specifications Work independently to complete assignments and meet schedules Perform inspections and quality checks Communicate job status and support needs to the Shop Foreman
