YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE 

We’re looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our Human Resources Team in Brampton, ON.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, supporting wellness and benefits, employee engagement, recruiting, orientation, and day-to-day HR administration. You’ll work closely with our HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition team, and site leaders to help deliver a great employee experience for our Manufacturing, Fabrication, Warehouse, Customer Care, and Sales Admin teams. This is an opportunity to build a well-rounded foundation in HR while contributing to programs that make a real difference for our people.

WHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN 

• Support the administration of employee wellness and benefits programs, helping employees with enrollment questions and coordinating wellness initiatives that keep our people supported.
• Help plan and deliver employee engagement activities and events that strengthen culture and connection across our Brampton team.
• Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including posting job requisitions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and keeping candidates informed throughout the process.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding, helping new employees feel welcomed, informed, and set up for success from day one.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee files, preparing reports, and tracking HR metrics.
• Support internal communications related to benefits, engagement initiatives, and other HR programs.
• Take part in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned, gaining exposure to a broad range of HR functions.

WHAT YOU BRING 

• Preparing to enter your final year of study, enrolled in a post-secondary program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior exposure to an office, customer service, or administrative environment (co-op, part-time, or volunteer experience is welcome)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and confidentially with employees at all levels
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Available to work onsite, full-time, at our Brampton, ON office

WHAT SETS YOU APART 

• Prior co-op, internship, or part-time experience in a Human Resources or administrative role
• Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
