About the Role

Reporting to the Demand Generation Director – EMEA, the Demand Generation Manager – Southern Europe is a regional leadership role responsible for driving demand generation performance and delivering marketing-generated business targets across Southern Europe, covering France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal. The role partners closely with Commercial Leadership to improve funnel health, conversion performance, forecasting accuracy, and bookings outcomes across the region.

This position owns regional performance across marketing-generated demand, service-generated demand, inside supplies-generated demand, and outbound business development demand. The successful candidate will execute regional demand generation strategies, lead a multi-disciplinary team, and ensure disciplined performance management throughout the entire demand-to-booking journey.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Own regional demand generation performance across Southern Europe, driving measurable contribution to pipeline growth and bookings.
• Execute and localize regional demand generation strategies to align with market opportunities, commercial priorities, and growth objectives.
• Drive execution across paid digital campaigns, SEO, web initiatives, webinars, trade shows, content marketing, service partnerships, and outbound programs
• Improve lead quality, funnel velocity, conversion performance, and opportunity creation through disciplined performance management and strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead weekly funnel reviews, monthly business reviews, and forecasting discussions to identify risks, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Coach, develop, and lead a multi-disciplinary demand generation team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Significant experience in demand generation, marketing leadership, commercial excellence, business development, or a related B2B growth environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams across multiple countries or markets.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, campaign management, funnel management, and performance measurement.
• Experience managing KPIs, forecasting, conversion optimization, and pipeline performance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Service, Business Development, and senior commercial stakeholders.
• Experience operating in a complex, multi-country, matrix environment
• Professional fluency in English. Additional proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian would be highly advantageous.

Travel

This is a regional leadership role supporting teams and stakeholders across Southern Europe. Occasional travel within France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and the wider EMEA region should be expected to support business reviews, team collaboration, and commercial initiatives.
