Essential Duties -
- Measuring process performance using common gages, surface plates, measurement instruments and CMM
- Record data and process necessary documentation
- Communicate to the press line and supervisors
- Assist supervision in troubleshooting process problems
- Clean, organize and maintain work area(s)
- Determine whether a process is in or out of statistical control by analyzing data patterns (runs, trends, hugging, etc) and identify actions to take in response to findings
- Read and follow work instructions
- Read and interpret blueprints
External qualifications required -
- Ability to pass 5-panel drug screen, urine or saliva through the staffing company
- Reliable Transportation
Internal qualifications required -
- Mandatory Company Orientation
- Must pass the following tests upon direct hire:
- Lift 50 pounds
- 20/40 vision, corrective lenses allowed
- 9-panel drug screen, urine or saliva
