Job description

Provides a positive first impression to every guest through a warm, welcoming individual greeting; always maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
Nurtures a lasting connection with every Guest by always showing genuine interest during service and remaining fully engaged throughout their stay with us.
Create a comfortable, elegant ambiance by always preparing table settings and maintaining service stations in line with all Company standards.
Consistently provide helpful explanations and suggestions on the menu and offer assistance with wine pairings.
Always deliver Food and Beverages as requested, promptly, in the correct service order, follow up to ensure each guest's needs have been met and suggest solutions to any issues.
Maximizes wine and beverage sales by invitingly offering suitable choices.
Always follow all Company guidelines, policies, and procedures, including HACCP protocols

Minimum 2-year experience in job-related positions.
Able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language(s).
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per resort standards.

A friendly, customer focused attitude with the drive to provide total customer satisfaction
Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient
A good eye for detail & previous cleaning, customer service or hospitality experience
Excellent communication skills & a high standard of grooming and presentation
The ability and flexibility to work in a 24 hour, 7 day working environment
