This is you
- A completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Technology, Process Engineering, Materials Science, or a similar field
- Enthusiasm for technical and production-related topics as well as enjoying working in an international environment
- Initial practical experience through relevant internships or working student activities
- Open to change, adaptable, quick to grasp new tasks, and with a results-oriented mindset
- You speak German? Gut! And English? Great!
This is our program and your responsibilities
- As part of your individual career development, you will rotate through various focus areas at our production sites, such as Product Development, Quality Management, Production Planning, and our ceramic development laboratory
- You will take on challenging tasks in both daily business and cross-functional projects, building a broad network within the company
- In addition to learning by doing on the job, you will further develop your technical knowledge and soft skills through our training program
- The duration of the program depends on your individual development steps and is usually a minimum of two years
