ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an ETL Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data integration solutions. You will be responsible for building robust ETL pipelines, integrating data from multiple sources, and delivering high-quality datasets that support business intelligence, reporting, and analytics across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources, including APIs and other programmatic integrations.
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines to support business intelligence and reporting initiatives.
- Connect to diverse data sources, import, cleanse, and transform data into reliable, business-ready datasets.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient data models and ETL solutions.
- Produce clear technical documentation, including solution designs, data flows, and project documentation.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, prototyping, and implementation activities.
- Work with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, SQL Server, SQL Data Warehouse, and Visual Studio to build and support data solutions.
- Support DevOps initiatives by automating deployment processes and contributing to cloud migration efforts.
- Develop end-to-end business solutions using .NET, C#, Visual Studio, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL workflows to ensure performance, reliability, and data quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in ETL development, data integration, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines and data integration solutions.
- Experience with data preparation, data warehousing, and data gateway technologies.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and data extraction methodologies.
- Strong understanding of ETL frameworks, data modelling, database management systems, and OLAP concepts.
- Proficiency in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server, Azure, SQL Data Warehouse, Visual Studio, .NET, and C#.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud migration is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
