Job Title: Senior Client Advisor

Required Level and Step: Level 4, Step 1

Monthly Base Salary Target Range: [To be defined]. Total first-year compensation target: $90,000 to $150,000 USD, with room to grow. The incentive follows a contribution-margin scale-up model. Own leads are paid at a higher gross rate than company-sourced leads.

Role Description: This is a full-time business development role based in Calgary, Canada, and the first local sales hire in VF's Canada expansion. The role starts with the Canada territory. This person meets prospects daily, brings in their own leads, and warms up prospects ahead of our immigration attorney's visits to Canada, which happen every 2 to 3 months.

Required Qualifications (bullet points):

• Experience as an immigration agent in Canada.
• Based in Calgary.
• Personable, and able to meet prospects in person every day.
• Able to bring in their own leads.
• Able to travel to Toronto when needed.

Preferred Qualifications (bullet points):

• First-hand experience with an immigration process.
• Connections with the South Asian community in Toronto.

Responsibilities (bullet points):

• Own the Canada territory, starting in Calgary.
• Meet prospects daily and warm them up ahead of our immigration attorney's visits every 2 to 3 months.
• Bring in and develop your own leads, with the lead source tagged in HubSpot when the contact is created.
• Handle Canadian calls jointly with the hiring manager at first, then run your own calls under a 30/60/90-day plan.

Location: Calgary, Canada. Full time, independent contractor (via Deel).
