Physical Education Teacher/Athletic Director

George E Peters School is seeking a Part-time Physical Education Teacher/Athletic Director with the ability to challenge physical education students to adopt healthy lifestyles in accordance with the curriculum guidelines and requirements of the NAD Office of Education of Seventh-day Adventists.
Duties would include organizing and managing gym classes & working with administrators to implement school policies and procedures especially around physical education & athletics.
Athletic Director will be responsible for scheduling all after school sports events. Managing and coordinating all intramural and tournament games in all sports.
Requirements:

• Practicing member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
  
• Bachelor’s Degree
  
• Fingerprint and Background Check clearance
  
• Sterling Volunteers Clearance
  Qualifications:
  
• Prior teaching experience preferred
  
• Strong organizational skills
  
• Strong people skills
