Associate Functional Consultant Intern

The Associate Functional Consultant Intern to design, configure and support the Vistex software solutions in a fast-paced work environment. Knowledge of ERP order to cash business processes would be helpful, SAP Preferred. Vistex will provide training for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze Vistex Functional Requirements following completion of training.
• Design, build, and configure applications to align with business process requirements.
• Conduct functional unit testing and document test scenarios and outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver clear and effective presentations to communicate project updates or solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned applications and project components.
• Coordinate tasks and deliverables with senior functional consultants and other team members to ensure alignment and quality.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Apply strong business acumen to support decision-making and deliver high-quality results.
• Utilize Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint effectively to support analysis, documentation, and presentations.
• Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining strong organizational and time management skills.
