What You'll Do
Keep Production Moving
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and implement effective solutions that keep operations running smoothly.
Drive Preventive Maintenance
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
- Identify potential issues before they become production problems.
Operate Safely and Efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures, including lockout and other required maintenance protocols.
- Support the safe operation of plant utilities and related equipment.
Improve How We Work
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment performance and maintenance practices.
- Share knowledge, support teammates, and help strengthen maintenance processes and documentation.
What You'll Bring
- Red Seal Electrician certification (4th Year Apprentices will also be considered).
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Strong electrical diagnostics and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safe work practices and a strong safety record.
- Ability to prioritize work, adapt quickly, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in food manufacturing, automated production systems, Power Engineering, or maintenance management systems is considered an asset.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
