Principais Responsabilidades 

• Elaborar e estruturar os briefings das campanhas de disparo nos canais de comunicação com o cliente (e-mail marketing, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, entre outros).
• Auxiliar na gestão, atualização e manutenção do calendário promocional de envios, garantindo o alinhamento de prazos e datas comemorativas ou comerciais.
• Apoiar o acompanhamento e a otimização das campanhas ativas, identificando oportunidades de melhoria em layouts, textos e segmentações.
• Fazer o alinhamento contínuo com as equipes de criação, planejamento e marketing para garantir a correta produção dos insumos necessários para cada disparo.
• Dar suporte na extração de dados básicos para a montagem de relatórios de desempenho dos canais de CX (taxas de entrega, abertura, clique e conversão).

Requisitos

• Escolaridade: Cursando Ensino Superior em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Administração, Comunicação Social ou áreas correlatas.
• Perfil Profissional: Excelente comunicação interpessoal (verbal e escrita), elevada facilidade e rapidez no aprendizado de novos conceitos e processos, e boa capacidade de organização.
• Ferramentas: Domínio básico a intermediário de Pacote Office ou Google Workspace (especialmente planilhas no Excel ou Google Sheets).

Diferenciais

• Noções básicas ou interesse prévio em plataformas de CRM e automação de marketing (ex.: RD Station, HubSpot, Salesforce, Dinamize ou similares).
• Compreensão básica sobre métricas do ambiente de e-commerce ou marketing digital.
