About the Role:
As an IT Support Specialist , you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the organization’s IT infrastructure by providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role requires a problem-solving professional who can address IT challenges, support end-users, and ensure system efficiency and security. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify technical needs, implement solutions, and contribute to continuous improvements in IT operations.
This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. While demanding, it promises to be a rewarding complement to your academic journey, equipping you with valuable skills and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
About You:
Completed Bachelor’s degree Information Technology, Computer Science , or a related field required. Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for troubleshooting IT issues. Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking protocols. Experience with IT support tools and platforms (e.g., remote desktop, ticketing systems).
Proficiency in system maintenance and security best practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively assist end-users and collaborate with teams. Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ , or similar are a plus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
