The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate/ Senior Associate to join our New Country Launches team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role: you'll be on the ground (sometimes literally) building the operational backbone of new markets we're launching - and then helping those teams scale fast, without ever losing sight of the patient at the other end.
This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of experience in high-growth start-ups, consulting, or operations, who's eager to take on cross-functional challenges and thrives on the ambiguity of "there's no playbook yet - let's build one."
You'll work closely with customer care, medical teams, commercial, product, and operational leadership to support design of new operational teams from the ground up, get them running smoothly, and scale them rapidly across new countries - all while ensuring exceptional care for our patients.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the end-to-end setup of new operational teams in newly launched countries - from designing workflows and org structure to getting teams live and running.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer care, medical, commercial, and product teams to make sure every new market launches with the right processes, tools, and people in place from day one.
- Use data to spot bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities across new and scaling markets, and turn those insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Design and implement operational processes that let new country teams scale quickly without sacrificing quality or patient care.
- Own KPI tracking and performance reporting for newly launched markets, giving leadership real-time visibility into how each launch is progressing.
- Build repeatable playbooks and frameworks from each launch so every subsequent country launch is faster and smoother than the last.
- Travel occasionally to support teams in-market during critical launch phases.
Who you are
- 2-5 years of experience in consulting, start-up operations, generalist operations, or a similarly analytical and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; you're comfortable working with data and using it to inform decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work across different teams and stakeholders.
- Self-starter mentality with a bias to action—you’re proactive, resourceful, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Thrive in ambiguity and are excited to work in a rapidly evolving, mission-driven environment.
- Comfortable with occasional travel to support new country launches in-market.
- Familiarity with Looker, SQL or other data visualisation and analysis tools are a bonus but not required
