We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to help build and scale our Hair Loss category in Brazil. Hair loss is one of our largest and fastest-growing categories, and in this role you will own the operational engine behind it: how treatments reach patients, how we launch new products, and how we make the unit economics work.
This is an ideal role for professionals with strong problem-solving skills who want to challenge themselves in a fast-paced environment and take real ownership of a category.
What you'll do
- Own category operations: Be the operational owner of Hair Loss. Monitor performance, spot problems early, and drive the fixes end-to-end across supply chain, patient experience and fulfilment
- Solve problems: Work with colleagues across Category, Medical, Product, Tech and CX to identify operational bottlenecks and design, implement and scale processes that remove them
- Improve retention and patient experience: Hair loss treatment only works with consistency. Help us understand where patients drop off and build the operational solutions that keep them on treatment
- Build with data: Use data to size problems, prioritise, and measure whether what you built worked. Run experiments, read the results honestly, and iterate
- Watch the numbers: Understand the financial implications of the category (cost per patient, margin, inventory) and use that to guide decisions

- You have experience in a demanding, analytical environment (consulting, startups, scale-ups, or entrepreneurial settings), or you're early in your career but have already shown you can own things
- You've led a project end-to-end, from identifying the problem to actually implementing the solution, not just recommending it
- You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to drive decisions
- You are hands-on and detail-oriented. You're happy to get into the weeds of an operation, and you follow through
