    Job description:

    Company Overview:

Voyager Global Mobility and its subsidiaries play a central role in urban transportation in some

of the most dynamic cities throughout the Americas. We power more than 10,000 drivers with

professionally managed vehicles and resources so they can succeed as entrepreneurs in the ride-

sharing economy. Our fleet-as-a-service model—a scalable infrastructure of well-maintained

vehicles, driver resources, data and metrics—can be deployed to empower the Uber platform and

other noted rideshare services to deliver world-class service anywhere.

Are you an organized, energetic leader who excels at running a smooth facility and motivating a

team? We are seeking a dynamic Site Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day facility

operations, champion our company culture, and drive local team performance.

In this role, you will be the hands-on leader responsible for keeping our facility running

flawlessly while actively supporting local sales efforts. You will manage daily workflows, coach

your team to hit customer service goals, and ensure our guests receive a premium experience

every day. The ideal candidate blends strong operational discipline with great people skills and a

track record of running efficient, customer-focused operations.

    Essential Job Functions

Workflow & Standards: Oversee all daily site infrastructure and procedures, ensuring safety,

compliance, and brand standards are flawlessly executed.

Asset & Inventory Control: Manage local inventory, supplies, and maintenance schedules to

ensure the facility runs efficiently and stays within budget.

Process Improvement: Monitor daily operational workflows and implement practical

improvements to increase productivity and team efficiency.

    Team Leadership & Culture (30%)

Staff Supervision & Coaching: Recruit, train, and supervise a dependable, cross-functional team,

providing regular feedback and performance coaching.

Positive Workplace Culture: Foster a highly collaborative, accountable, and supportive team

environment that keeps staff engaged and motivated.

Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the main escalation point for customer relations,

resolving issues quickly and setting a high standard for customer retention.

Sales Support & Local Execution (30%)

Sales Team Guidance: Support the on-site team in hitting local sales targets, guiding them on

customer outreach, upselling packages, and processing renewals.

Local Outreach: Assist with executing localized marketing events and building relationships with

local businesses to help increase site visibility.

Performance Tracking: Review weekly operational metrics and sales numbers, using the data to

help the team improve service delivery and conversion rates.

    Qualifications Needed:

    ● Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in account management, customer success,

or a related field within the automotive or fleet management industry

    ● In-depth understanding of fleet management concepts, trends, and best practices, along

with knowledge of related products and services

    ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex

ideas clearly and build strong client relationships

    ● Demonstrated track record of creative problem-solving and conflict resolution in a client-

    facing role

    ● Proven ability to identify upsell opportunities, negotiate contract terms, and drive

    business growth

    ● Proficiency in data analysis, using metrics to derive insights and drive informed decision-

    making for clients

    priorities effectively

    ● Comfortable using technology, including CRM tools, project management software, and

    the Microsoft Office Suite

    ● Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and committed to ensuring
