We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technical Service Advisor to join our team in Rochester, NY . In this role, you'll serve as a trusted technical resource for both our customers and internal teams. You'll provide product expertise, troubleshoot challenging HVAC issues, support warranty claims, deliver technical training, and work directly with contractors to ensure successful installations and long-term customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do Provide technical support to contractors, technicians, and internal team members by phone, email, and in person Assist customers with HVAC equipment applications, installation questions, troubleshooting, and system operation Conduct technical training on HVAC products and systems Perform job site visits, when needed, to help diagnose and resolve complex technical issues Support warranty claims by reviewing applications, communicating claim status, and coordinating with manufacturers Help resolve warranty disputes between manufacturers and customers Provide technical guidance on ductless, mini-split, and VRF systems, including controls and applications Partner with sales, service, warranty, and product management teams to support customer success Attend manufacturer training programs and stay current on new products and technologies Why Join VP Supply?
