Storm sewer, sanitary, water, structures — the systems that make entire communities function. You won’t just watch progress… you’ll create it.  This is fast-paced, technical, hands-on work with a crew that takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Build the Underground Infrastructure
• Install RCP, HDPE, PVC pipe with accuracy and craftsmanship.
• Set manholes, inlets, junction boxes, and precast structures.
• Control trench depth, alignment, and slope with precision.
• Use High-Tech Tools & Real Skill:
• Operate lasers, levels, grade rods — dial in alignment to the inch.
• Read plans and communicate with operators/foremen.
• Be Part of a Crew That Gets Stuff Done:
• Work around excavators, loaders, compactors, trench boxes.
• Support site prep, backfill, and crew operations.
• Safety First, Always:
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards.
• Identify conflicts or elevation issues early.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience with underground utilities preferred.
• Comfortable with grades and construction math.
• Strong communicator and team player.
• Thrive working outdoors and staying active.
• Safety-focused and reliable.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
