As a Store Manager, we expect you to coordinate and manage crew members and products according to food safety standards and company set expectations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>1.
Managing crew members and coordinating orders<br>2. Supervising fruit preparations, ice desserts, and hot dessert preparations<br>3. Checking product quality and taste<br>4. Managing ingredient inventory<br>5. Training new staff<br>6. Managing schedules for all crew members<br>7. Working with Operations manager to ensure flow of goods from the central kitchen in Seattle.<br>8.
Tracking store finances to identify areas of potential waste/labor issues<br>9. Monitor and follow cleaning standards for the store and verify that staff are maintaining sanitation protocols</p><p>10. Executing the POS and all of its functions</p><p>11.
