Construction Laborer

We are currently seeking individuals to fill this role in the greater Phoenix area.

Compensation: Ranging from $21 - $28 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary:

• Perform general construction labor, including job site clean-up.
• Move various construction materials, both by hand and utilizing various transport methods.
• Engage in preparation work to ready worksite for installers.
• Operate motorized equipment including power tools, saws, etc.
• Clean, inspect and perform routine maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Load and unload materials, machinery, and tools.
• Clean and prepare sites to eliminate possible hazards.

Qualifications:

• Must possess strong work ethic and helpful attitude.
• Static Strength – should be able to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull and/or carry objects.
• Flexibility – should be able to bend, stretch, twist, and reach with your body and extremities.
• Have good balance and hand-eye coordination.
• Regular, timely, and predictable attendance.
• Ability to understand and follow direction.
• All positions must perform general physical activities which require considerable use of arms, legs, and moving the entire body (i.e. climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and kneeling).
