Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Service Coordinator to join our team!
Duties
- Scan FHWA in Sycor: Scan copies of FHWA and attach to equipment record in Sycor
- Inbound Check-In: Inspect in-bound trailers and complete quality inspection. Determine RR, WIP, Damage. Document as necessary.
- Return Order: Complete return orders in Sycor
- Shop Scheduling: Schedule WIP, NTUs in shop workflow
- Parts Ordering: Order parts as necessary and coordinate repairs
- Vendor Repair Coordination: Coordinate estimates and repairs with vendors, and issue POs.
- Trailer Sweep-Out: Check trailer cleanliness upon check-in and clean as necessary
- WSO Creation: Create WSO with quality inspection information
- WSO Completion: Use mechanic’s WSO information to add parts and labor to WSO as needed. Complete WSO
- Shop Work Selection: Issue repairs to mechanics, and provide printed work order
- Purchase Order Creation: generate purchase orders for all parts and vendor repairs as needed
- Parts Runner: when delivery is not available and when necessary, utilize company vehicle to pick up parts from vendors
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving and follow up skills
- Energized by building and nurturing customer relationships
- Proficient with Microsoft programs especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously abreast of its service
- Detail oriented
- "Can do" attitude·
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One to three years’ experience with direct customer relations
