Construction Project Manager

Role: Project Manager

FLSA: Full Time / Exempt/ Salaried

The Project Manager oversees precast concrete projects from contract award through final installation, serving as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams. This role coordinates sales handoff, engineering, production, logistics, and field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to Warrior Precast's quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects from award through completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison for customers, contractors, engineers, and internal departments.
• Coordinate project schedules, production, deliveries, field installation, and subcontractors.
• Support the sales team during project handoff and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, costs, and profitability while proactively resolving issues.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, logistics, and field crews to ensure efficient project execution.
• Track project milestones, communicate progress, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Support billing, closeout documentation, and administrative project functions.
• Conduct jobsite visits and meetings as needed to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and future business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience in construction, precast concrete, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the precast concrete or concrete construction industry.
• Knowledge of production scheduling, logistics, and field coordination.
