Part-Time Server

OVERVIEW

The Server promptly greets and assists Members and Guests with their dining needs. They offer all dining options, take orders, serve meals professionally and quickly, and process checks through the POS system.

*We are looking for someone who has flexible availability and is able to work evenings and weekends as needed

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES 

· Greet and observe Members and Guests

· Offer all bar and dining options, answer questions, and upsell when appropriate

· Take orders promptly and deliver products professionally, anticipating needs

· Process orders accurately through POS system, track checks for proper billing, and handle cash transactions

· Help maintain cleanliness of dining room

· Adhere strictly to alcohol service guidelines and club policies

· Maintain familiarity of WAC events and local activities

· Other duties as assigned.

 POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

· A minimum of one (1) year experience bussing or serving in a restaurant setting

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Washington State Food Handler’s Permit

· Class 12 or 13 MAST (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) permit

· Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset

PAY INFORMATION

· Pay: $21.30/hour

· This is a tipped position.
